Use of card constitutes an acceptance of the following policies:

1. Cards have one time use only. Unused balance cannot be refunded.
2. Cards are non-refundable and have no cash value
3. Banana Leaf is not responsible for lost or stolen cards
4. Cards remain the property of Banana Leaf and must be relinquished upon use.
